Purchased in 1999 by Palisades Park Plaza, LLC. affiliated with Palisades Park Plaza Health Club INC., the building began its dramatic renovation, open in Spring of 2003.
The award-winning team that handled the challenging renovation project included the internationally know architectural firm Taki J. Langas and Marios Lachanaris Associates and the prominent consulting firm SPA Technologies International.
The renovation has not only restored the original building neglected 1960 architectural treasure to its original grandeur, but also has transformed the building into a modernistic for the future.
