楽・ease Massage is a unique marriage of Eastern traditions and Western techniques. Eastern traditional massages such as Shiatsu and Anma stimulate pressure points to heal the body holistically. Western techniques such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Myofacial release work on layers of muscles to stimulate blood circulation. By combining both techniques 楽・ease Massage will promote the body’s own healing process while relaxing it.
楽・ease offers treatment and relaxation.
楽・ease’s Treatment Room is conveniently located next to the Grand Central Station.
楽・ease offers a long total body massage as well as a 25 minute quick partial massage for those on the run.
楽・ease Massage can be done with or without oil. Our original ease Massage Oil is a blend of jojoba oil, coconut oil and Aloe extract. It will not leave sticky residue or stain your clothes.
In each therapy room, the sounds of nature (a tropical rainforest and ocean waves) will be played during the session. These sounds help to deepen relaxation and to induce alpha-waves. After the therapy you will be given a cup of hot water to drink which will help to hasten the elimination of toxins from your body. Flower essence is available which you may wish to add to your cup.
