Certain conditions are necessary for the smooth running of the spa and for the benefit of our patrons. We hope you understand and that you enjoy your experience with us. We realize there will be times when a patron will be late for an appointment. In such instances the allotted time for the service will be shortened accordingly with no fee adjustment. Please plan to arrive at least 12 minutes before your appointment so you will have time to prepare for the treatment and enjoy it to the fullest extent.
Appointments for multiple services and for some individual services will have to be guaranteed by a credit card. No refund is possible if not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation number will be given. All no-show appointments will be charged and billed to your account. For your convenience all major credit without notice.
